So, I have a hugely embarrassing confession to make…
Last night (on an inner nudge) I checked out my booking link for my big preview event and discovered not one but TWO horrible issues that have unquestionably been turning you lovely folk away from booking!
Totally cringe!!!!
First up I somehow have automatic tipping turned on, which is both gross (for this, for me; no judgement) and a pain to reverse as the customer! EEEWW!
And second up my site is adding an automatic shipping fee despite it being an event and not a product 🤦♀️😳😱.
I AM TRULY SORRY!
Obv I’m getting this fixed asap, but for now I want to extend the love of gratis tickets to everyone who thought about booking and hasn’t because of these issues! 💖😬😅
